We are profoundly proud to have received the prestigious EQUIS accreditation from EFMD Global, whose values perfectly align well-being with our commitment to creating and sharing knowledge in economics and management that contributes to sustainable development, fosters ethical leadership, and supports the competitiveness and wellbeing of society through research, education, and engagement. The entire process provided us with a structured framework to deeply rethink what the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pavia is and what it wants to become in an increasingly complex and dynamic world. EQUIS accreditation is the result of a joint effort by our faculty, administrative staff, students, alumni, and corporate partners. This recognition fuels new energy toward the achievement of our goal of becoming an internationally recognised centre of excellence in economics and management that integrates academic rigour, innovation, and responsibility along with our established academic tradition.
