The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching activities related to the scientific-disciplinary sector (SSD) ECON-08/A – Organization Studies, within the Bachelor's degree program in Economia e Gestione delle Imprese (Business Economics and Management). The Researcher will also carry out research activities aligned with the themes of the sector, including, but not limited to, organizational innovation.
Scientific Objectives:
- conduct research within the scope of ECON-08/A;
- publish articles in indexed journals;
- present papers at international scientific conferences.
The selection procedure is open to both Italian and international applicants who meet the following requirements:
- possession of a PhD or an equivalent qualification obtained in Italy or abroad;
- adequate knowledge of the Italian language (required for foreign applicants).
