EUROPEAN CONSTITUTIONAL LAW: SEPTEMBER, 22nd class cancelled
Dear Students,
Unfortunately, I am forced to cancel this afternoon’s class at 3 p.m. Although I fully support the reasons behind the strike, I had tried to come to Pavia since this would have been the first lecture of the course. Because of the train strike, the suspension of the Milan–Pavia bus service, and the partial strike of public transport, I attempted to come by car. However, I live in the Niguarda area, where the Seveso river has overflowed, causing severe flooding that has made the roads I need to take impassable.
